Important:
- You should not use the system with the deleted files to surf the Internet, check mail or create documents.
- Never install software to a disk containing deleted files you wish to recover.
- The more activity, the less of a chance for a successful recovery.

Thumb Drives:
While you may see an option for thumb drives, and FILERECOVERY® will scan thumb drives, the option is available to accommodate cases where external media was formatted with Mac OS X file systems (HFS+). Because FILERECOVERY was designed for OS X filesystems it is recommended to use a product like PHOTORECOVERY® for recovering photos or images from thumb drives.
