At LC Technology we provide full technical support for our evaluation products. While our software is easy to use the circumstances surrounding the loss of your data should be carefully examined to ensure the highest rate of recovery success. If we do not have your contact info we cannot provide you with technical support. Our customer information is kept confidential. LC Technology does not sell or provide it's lists to outside agencies.
The software is a full function demo. The only difference between the demo and purchased copy is that the demo will not allow you to erase the drive.
PLEASE NOTE: If you have a spam filter on your email, the download email may be filtered if you do not add our domain (LC-Tech.com) to your whitelist. Also, if you have an email interceptor program running that requires manual input to allow the email to pass, the download email will not arrive. To correct this, you need to provide an email address that will accept the download email. There are many free email services out there (gmail, hotmail, etc) that will allow this. Without a valid email address, your download link cannot be delivered.
